A Canadian-Polish journalist pays a tribute to the Fallen Heroes

Being a proud Associate Member of The Polish Army Veterans’ Association of America – National Headquarters New York N.Y. USA Post 100- Marek J. Goldyn is saluting on behalf of All the Veterans and Combatants on The Polish Soldier’s Day of August 15th in front of Lancaster plane named after a Canadian-Polish hero pilot Andrew Charles – Karol Mynarski of The Royal Canadian Air Force RCAF.

Pilot Officer Mynarski had received posthumously Victoria Cross for bravery after saving his crew but dying himself after jumping with parachute in flames.
