Europe Day 2016 is a non-partisan tradition at Queen’s Park as the only one of this type of celebration with the European Union flag raising ceremony in the Province of Ontario and in Canada.

This year we celebrate the 519th Anniversary of first recorded voyage and a Claim of Canada by the renowned European – Italian explorer Giovanni Caboto – John Cabot under the commission of King Henry VII of England

12:00 European Union Flag Raising Ceremony in front of Queen’s Park
